Golden Retriever
One of if not the most popular dog breeds in the world. Easily recognizable and iconic, this dog is known to be very gentle with young children, but als oquite playful! These dogs tend to be quite easy to please, but also are known to be quite the dog to train and to be used for service requirements.
| Place of Origin | The breed of Golden Retrievers was created by Sir Dudley Majoribanks at his Scotish estate Guisachan in the late ninteenth century. Golden retrievers were cross-bred with Flat-coated Retrievers and other dog breeds, to create the beautiful iconic English dog we all know and love! |

| Temperament | Golden Retrievers are known for being outgoing, very trustworthy and good family dfogs. Though they are relatively easy to train, its advised that pet owners wanting to get a golden retriever should not let it be their first puppy. As even though they are very joy-filled dogs, they require a lot of maintenance and are usually involved with family activities. They do require a lot more attention than the average dog due to their high energy levels as well. |
